What to expect
  • You will receive an email to advise you that the move of your shares from Webtrader to Shyft has begun.
  • This transfer will be complete by the date communicated to you on email.
  • Once the transfer is complete, you will receive another email from the Webtrader and Shyft team to advise that the transfer has been successful and you will now be able to access your portfolio on Shyft.
  • You can then simply log in and start exploring the world, in the palm of your hand.

 

Please note that this transfer is a Standard Bank Group initiative, and you can rest assured that the process has been authenticated and validated by the relevant parties and that your investments are safe and secure.At no point in migration the process will we ask you for your login credentials or financial information. If in doubt, you can refer to the Webtrader call centre.
